Junior Mike DiDio has been named The Hawk Athlete of the Week for the week ending on Sunday, March 6. DiDio won the 1000M at the 2005 IC4A Indoor Championship, becoming just the second Hawk since 1976 to capture an individual event title.

The A-10 champion in the 1000 and the mile, DiDio was impressive placing third in the prelims and then dusting the field in a time of 2:24.32 in the 1000M final. He also ran on the 4x800 relay that placed seventh overall. He contributed 12 of the teams 26 points, helping the Hawk men finish 10th overall.
