Andria Smythe is The Hawk Athlete of the Week for the week ending on SUnday, December 5. Smythe posted a pair of first place finishes and two second place efforts as SJU opened the indoor season at the Lafayette Invitational. Smythe won the long jump with a leap of 5.53 meters and captured the 60 yard dash in 7.22 seconds. She was also second in the triple jump with a jump of 10.99 meters and was runner-up in the 220 in 26.87 seconds.
