Cross Country 2006: Best finish was 3rd at Haverford (15:52)...Ran season best time 27:09.2 at Iona Meet of Champions... 2005: Competed in two meets.

Indoor Track 2006-07: Posted season-best time 15:45.35 in the 5,000m at Fordham... Ran a season best of 8:51.87 in 3,000m at PSU Relays... 2005-06: Placed first in the mile at the season-opening Lafayette Invitational (4:39.2).

Outdoor Track 2007: Ran personal best 15:44.44 in the 5,000m at Monmouth...Ran 9:03.46 in 3,000m at Lafayette...Had a personal best in 1,500m running 4:09.49 at Larry Ellis. 2006: Placed sixth in the 5000m at the Rider-Lafayette meet (15:59.69).

High School: Graduated from Haddonfield Memorial in 2005...Three-time All-Conference and two-time South Jersey pick in cross country...Also All-South Jersey in track...Conference champion in the 1,600m and 3,200m.
